Fifteen condos/townhomes went under contract with an average price of $530,000. The lowest was the Grand fractional at $118,000 and the highest was an Emerald Lodge condo priced at $995,000.
There were 8 land parcels that went under contract at prices ranging from $104,900 for a parcel in Hayden to $3,000,000 for 12 acres off Elk River Road.
