When Wildhorse Meadows first marketed their single family lots, they sold out almost immediately. The location is right on the mountain and convenient to skiing, biking, and shopping. Wildhorse Meadows is the first master-planned community in Steamboat with access to pools, trails, a general store, and other amenities.
There are four lots currently offered in Wildhorse Meadows. They range in price from $650,000-$775,000 and are between 0.16 acres and 0.24 acres.
A comparable neighborhood worth a look is Steamboat Barn Village. It is also a brand-new neighborhood with great views of the ski mountain. The location is off Pine Grove Road across from the Walmart/City Market plaza.
