Trailside Village, Steamboat Springs’ Latest Development Proposal
Trailside Village is the newest proposed development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It will be located on the vacant corner of US 40 and Pine Grove Road by Ski Haus, Safeway, and Staples.
Highlights include:
- 200 market-rate and 30 affordable condos
- Prices that range from $300,000-$600,000
- One, two, two+den, and three bedroom units
- Residents would most likely be a mix of second homeowners and short-term renters
- Underground parking
- A 3 acres of donated forest/wetlands adjacent to the Yampa River Core Trail
- A swimming pool and open space in the middle of the development
Developer Brian Olson would like to break ground this year.
