Trailhead Lodge in Wildhorse Meadows
Trailhead Lodge, part of Wildhorse Meadows in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, is taking shape. My office is in Ski Time Square, and each time I drive by it seems like a new floor has been added.
The gondola that will link Trailhead Lodge with the main gondola taking skiers up Mt. Werner hasn’t been started yet. The original plan called for a smaller gondola just for Wildhorse Meadows residents and guests, but talk lately is of a larger gondola that will help alleviate some of the morning bottleneck at the Meadows lot.
There are still units available to purchase in Trailhead Lodge. One bedrooms start in the $600,000’s. Email me to learn prices and what units are still available.
Owners at all Wildhorse Meadows properties, including Trailhead Lodge and The Range single family homesites, will have access to all the Wildhorse Meadows amenities. They include:
- the Wildhorse Athletic Club,
- the Ranch House,
- the Wildhorse Gondola,
- all the walking and biking trails throughout Wildhorse Meadows

I lived in Steamboat briefly from 1991 to ‘92 and had a great time. I came back east to finish school, etc… and never made it back our west. I recently found out that a good friend of my wife has a brother living there now and after comparing stories I have learned how much your area has grown!
Great blog, keep up the good work!

Thanks for the comment, Jason. You really need to come back to Steamboat for a visit. It’s a great place to live. The small town feel is the same, but the town is definitely growing!
