Thunderhead Redevelopment Plans for Steamboat Ski Area Base
Atira Group recently received final approval for a 5-star luxury resort at the Thunderhead Lodge site next to the Steamboat ski area.
The site, which is located between Torian Plum and The Antlers, has been an empty lot for a year while developers and city planners went back and forth on issues before coming to an agreement on height restrictions (it will be tall), affordable housing allowances, and public benefits.
