I was having dinner tonight at Three Peaks Grill, and it got me thinking about how many times a week I’m asked “Where is a good place to eat in Steamboat?” I get asked on the chairlift, in parking lots, in the office, and in local stores.

I always name a couple of places, then think of places I should have suggested after the visitors are gone.

The answer to “What is a good restaurant in Steamboat Springs” depends on lots of things, like if you have little kids or big groups, how much you like to spend, if you are looking for quality or quantity in food, how much time you have, if you want Mexican/Italian/Steaks/Sushi/Chinese.
