Steamboat Springs Real Estate 3 Week Review: March 30-April 19, 2009
Real estate activity in Steamboat Springs continues to increase, with 13 Steamboat residential properties sold and 21 going under contract in the last three weeks. More properties going under contract each day has pushed the number of pending sales to a level we haven’t seen in months. The Steamboat real estate buyers are coming back.
Foreclosures, distressed properties, and well-priced properties make up most of the homes that are selling here.
They include:
- 2 foreclosed or distressed homes in Red Hawk Village at Stagecoach,
- 2 Steamboat single family foreclosures on Caribou and Red Hawk Ct. (multiple offers)
- a Longview townhome that was reduced from $650,000 to $475,000,
- a mountain townhome reduced to $399,000 (with multiple offers)
- an 8500+ sq ft luxury home in Strawberry Park that was reduced one million dollars and sold at $2,500,000.
