Can you say 1 BILLION! That’s right our total sales volume as of July 31, 2007 has already reached $1,004,064,600.00.

Last year same time we had only $525 million. Almost double the volume and we have 5 more months to go! Unbelievable!!!!

Here are some of the Highlights for the month:

1. 240 units sold for July 07 compared to 280 July 06.

2. July 07 we had $112,136,400 worth of residential improved units sold compared to $65,398,500 for July 06.

3. Million dollar and above residential improved units sold went from 7 for July 06 to 21 for July 07.

4. The median sales price in the downtown area was $420,000 in July 06 to compared $710,750 in July 07.
