Chadwick Place is now offering 25% shares in 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath luxury residences that include 13 weeks of use, luxury furnishings, swimming pool, hot tubs, and mountain bikes. Chadwick Place is offering fractions at $608,000.
You can also own a 25% share in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Alpenglow right in the middle of downtown Steamboat for $356,000. The downtown Steamboat location lets you park the car in the underground garage and walk to all the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Avenue and Yampa Street.
