Seven Steamboat properties sold last week and 6 went under contract. Properties that sold ranged from a two bedroom mobile home to a luxury single family home at Chadwick Estates. The list-to-sold price ratio was a low 80%, with all properties closing under the asking price.
The Chadwick property closed at 71% of its asking price, showing that cash and a quick close gives a buyer power in this market.
