Steamboat Real Estate Week in Review: Nov. 10-16, 2008
Next week, I’ll be adding a column next week for “original price”–what a property was originally priced at before there were any reductions or increases.
It gives a much better idea as to what is happening in our real estate market. For example, the Sunburst townhome below went under contract at $389,000 after originally being priced at $465,000. When the price was reduced, the property was snapped up immediately by a very lucky buyer.
There are buyers on the sidelines looking for these types of properties. They go very quickly once a reduction is announced. If you would like to be on the list to be contacted when a property becomes so attractively priced it will be gone in days, contact me.
