- A townhome in Hayden, Colorado on Harvest Drive that sold for the asking price of $185,000
- A single family home in Hayden, Colorado on Washington Street for $238,000
- A condominium in Steamboat Springs on 6th Street for $272,500
- A Shadow Run condo in Steamboat’s mountain area for $274,000
- A West condo on the Steamboat Ski Mountain for $495,000
- A single family home in Steamboat Springs on Pine Street for $726,000
What’s interesting about all these sold Hayden and Steamboat Springs properties is that they closed at 99.4% of their Asking Price. The Average Days on Market was 98.
Steamboat real estate, if it is in good condition and priced right, sells fast for full dollar.
Steamboat Springs Pending Real Estate Sales this week
Four places that went under contract this week were Steamboat mountain condos, and four were Steamboat single family houses.
The Steamboat condominiums were at:
- Deer Creek Condos,
- The Villas at Walton Creek,
- The Lodge at Steamboat, and
- Quail Run
One single family home was in Hayden, and the other s were:
- downtown Steamboat Springs,
- West End Village, and
- Fairview.
Average Days on Market was 81 days—two Steamboat properties went under contract in less than five days!
