Steamboat’s fractional real estate market, especially the Steamboat Grand, saw a lot of activity the last two weeks.
Three of the five residential properties that sold were at the Grand, and 3 of the 7 properties that went under contract were fractional properties at the Steamboat Grand or Christie Club.
