Steamboat Real Estate Two Week Review: Mar. 2-Mar 15, 2009
Steamboat real estate activity is up, with 4 homes sold and 16 residential units going under contract in the last 2 weeks. Activity is moving away from lower priced properties like fractional ownership (the Steamboat Grand was hot all winter long) and more into Steamboat condos and single family homes.
Units in Steamboat’s new developments, like Howelson Place, are starting to close. Trailhead Lodge won’t be far behind, with closings beginning this spring and summer.
