Steamboat Real Estate Sales Heat Up
It may be winter, but Steamboat real estate buyers are taking advantage of red hot pricing. The first two weeks in December saw 19 real estate closings and 24 properties go under contract.
At least five of the pending properties were bank owned, and another was a short sale.
Three luxury ski-in, ski-out residences between $2,000,000-$4,100,000 sold this month as buyers get their ski homes before the season begins.
New developments are also starting to close, with Trailhead Lodge selling more than 20 condos, One Steamboat Place closing both fractional ownership and whole ownership residences including a $4 million+ penthouse, and Edgemont due to start closing their residences in two weeks.
