Steamboat Real Estate Prices UP Last Year in All Categories
The average price of Steamboat Springs real estate went up last year in all categories–Steamboat single family homes, Steamboat condominiums and townhomes, and Steamboat land.
These numbers do not reflect the entire picture of the Steamboat real estate market, and it would be false to think prices are still rising in Steamboat. There are segments of the market that have held their value better than others, but as a general trend, we are seeing prices decline.
