Silver Spur and Silver View Estates

Boundaries: Silver Spur and Silver View Estates is located about three miles west of Steamboat.   The neighborhood is right off Highway 40 and borders Steamboat II and CR 42.  Streets include Winchester Drive, Silver Spur Street and Purple Sage Trail.   Silver Spur is located to the west of the future Steamboat 700 development.

The Neighborhood: Silver Spur has 129 homesites with some of the best ski mountain views in Steamboat.  Homes are far enough away from Steamboat Springs to have a panoramic view of the mountain but close enough so that driving into town only takes about 10 minutes.

The neighborhood Silver Spur in Steamboat Springs, Colorado has a great trail system for biking, walking, or cross country skiing that loops through the community.  A playground is located right on the trail so kids don’t have to bike on the streets to play.   Lot sizes  in Silver Spur range from .3-.5 acres and homes tend to be newer and larger than many neighborhoods in Steamboat.
