Trappeurs Crossing in Steamboat Springs

Trappeurs Crossing condos in Steamboat Springs  includes six different properties–Trappeurs Lodge, Timberline Lodge, Champagne Lodge, Aspen Lodge, Emerald Lodge and Bear Lodge.  All are well-maintained with excellent management and amenities.  The properties were made more luxurious as they came on the market.   Bear Lodge is the most recent addition–it opened in 2009.

The lodges at Trappeurs Crossing include:

Trappeurs Crossing Lodge— the original building in Trappeurs Crossing. It was built in 1983, so some are nicely remodeled and others could use a little updating. You can get a place in the original Trappeurs Crossing Lodge for $500,000 or less.  This building has been nicely remodeled and renovated over the years.

Timberline Lodge-built in 1999. Timberlines are in the $400,000-$600,000 range depending on the number of bedrooms.

Champagne Lodge-Champagne Lodge was built in 2001. Prices are in the $400,000-$600,000 range for 2 and 3 bedroom condos.

Aspen Lodge-Built in 2006 as the first Platinum rated Trappeurs Crossing building. Aspen Lodge has granite, stainless, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, washer/dryer in the unit and underground parking.  Aspen Lodge introduced the popular private patio condos.

Emerald Lodge-Built in 2007, Emerald Lodge has proven to be one of the best values in Steamboat. Condos have all the high end finishes you expect with a great floor plan perfect for ski vacations. 3 bedroom condos at Emerald Lodge start in the $700′s and 4 bedroom units are more for fully-furnished, turn key units. Emerald has its own pool and private balconies with barbeques.

Bear Lodge-Bear Lodge is set to opened in the 2009/2010 ski season.  It was one of the best selling developments for new construction when they were introduced.  There may still be developer condos available at Bear Lodge, where three bedroom units start around $1,050,000.
