Solutions to Environmental Problems
The Colorado Brownfields Foundation hosted a class today about dealing with the stigma of environmental issues in real estate transactions. They discussed properties like old gas stations, dry cleaners, and meth labs.  If you or someone you know has one of these properties or is interested in purchasing one, I would be happy to pass along the names and numbers of the team so you can get information.  In the hands of experts, these issues are not as scary as they first seem.
