Only 4 houses are for sale under $750,000 and 17 are available between $750,000-$1,000,000. Three homes are under contract.

Using October sold data, there is a 2 1/2 month supply of homes under $1,000,000.  (As a comparison, some of the harder-hit areas of Florida have a 39 month supply.)  Here is a sampling of places that are available:
