One Steamboat Place Update
One Steamboat Place in Steamboat Springs, CO is scheduled to open on January 9, 2009. The first 13 owners have closed on their whole and fractional ownership residences.
Ten fractional ownership units have closed for a combined total of $4.5 million, and three whole ownership condos sold for a combined $10.8 million. (The priciest was a $4.2 million penthouse.)
One Steamboat Place is located beside the gondola at the base of the Steamboat ski area. It’s the new location of the Steamboat Ski School ticket office, a new ski shop, and a small market.

When One Steamboat Place is completed, owners will enjoy a fitness center, spa, Member’s lounge, a Catamount golf membership, and a ski-in, ski-out location.
