One Steamboat Place Victorian Guest House
One Steamboat Place held an open house yesterday (12/18/08) for the Realtor community to see their newly renovated Victorian Guest House. Since One Steamboat Place isn’t going to be ready for occupancy for another two years, they bought the Victorian Guest House and renovated it as a place for One Steamboat Place buyers to stay while the main development is being built.
If you have a reservation for a fractional or whole ownership One Steamboat Place unit, you can stay in the Victorian bed and breakfast (or even rent the whole house) and be treated to breakfast, appetizers, wine, and one of the coolest places to stay on the mountain. The house was built in 1880 in Kansas and was moved to Steamboat over Rabbit Ear’s Pass in several pieces. This summer, the whole house was remodeled to keep its old charm but add the essentials of 2007–media room, gourmet kitchen, heavenly bedding. It’s right under the gondola, where you can wave to riders from the front porch.
The best part is your rent will be applied toward the purchase price of your One Steamboat Place condo.
