One Steamboat Place ahead of schedule
The Steamboat Ski Area is being transformed by the constuction of new slopeside developments. The largest, One Steamboat Place, “topped out” on December 1st. The framing is now complete and the last steel beam is in place. Crews are now working on the exterior finishes. 
Dave Burden, CEO of Timbers Resorts, said, “”construction is currently ahead of schedule, providing a nice buffer for the teams as we head into the winter months – perhaps another record snow year in Steamboat Springs like last season. In a year’s time, we’re expecting to open the doors to Owners and Members in time for the 2009/2010 ski season.”
One Steamboat Place offers whole ownership and fractional ownership luxury condos. Purchasing at One Steamboat Place allows owners to use the other Timbers properties located around the world.
One Steamboat Place also offers social memberships. A One Steamboat Place Social Club membership includes all the OSP amenities like parking, car washes, ski storage, spa facilities, etc. without the real estate.
