Wildhorse Meadows
The Wildhorse Meadows master plan includes eight separate land parcels close to the Steamboat ski area and two miles from downtown Steamboat Springs.
Wildhorse Meadows will include single family homes, loft condos with approx. 1,350 sq ft and townhomes with approx. 3000 sq ft, a 200 room branded hotel, a condotel, 98 affordable housing units and a post office. And don’t forget the ‘piece de resistance’–the new gondola that will carry owners over Mt. Werner Circle and deposit them at One Steamboat Place at the base of the Steamboat ski area.
The Range, the section of Wildhorse Meadows with 41 single family lots on one-fifth to one-third of an acre, is sold out. Resale lots are available, in some cases for less than what they were purchased for.
Trailhead Lodge is a $71 million condominium project that broke ground in summer 2007. It has 86 units on five stories of varying heights, and the pool area has several pools (maybe four or five?) including a kids pool and adult-only pool. There are several fire pits and different socializing areas. Most places in Steamboat do not have 47 acres near the mountain over which to spread their outdoor area, so Wildhorse Lodge is unique in that sense. Please contact us for availability.
Resort Ventures West principals were involved in the development of Cordillera in the Vail Valley and Catamount Ranch in Steamboat Springs.
