One Steamboat Place Timeframe
One Steamboat Place was one of the first new luxury developments to get approved in Steamboat Springs. It’s located at the base of the mountain right beside the gondola. The completion date for One Steamboat Place is November, 2009.
Until One Steamboat Place is completed, reservation holders can stay at the Victorian Guest House located directly under the gondola.
Whole Ownership:
Out of the 28 whole ownership places, only 2 are still for sale. They are both four bedroom, four bath units. The remaining whole ownership units are priced at $3,050,000 and $3,150,000.
Owners at One Steamboat Place get a Catamount Ranch and Club membership and can visit other Timbers Resorts locations in Snowmass, Mexico, Arizona, the Virgin Islands, and Tuscany, Italy.

Fractional Ownership:
There are also 42 units being sold as 1/8th fractions, for a total of 336 deeded fractions. There are still several remaining and they are priced at $650,000 whether you choose a three bedroom or a four bedroom.
Fractionals also have use of a Catamount Ranch and Club membership and can use up to four of their weeks at Snowmass, Mexico, Arizona, the Virgin Islands, or Tuscany, Italy.
