One Steamboat Place in Steamboat Springs, CO is a luxury ski-in, ski-out development literally steps from the gondola. It features four bedroom, four bath units available in whole and fractional 1/8th ownership.

Amenities include a full-service restaurant, fitness center, spa, Member’s lounge, and Catamount golf membership, and a ski-in, ski-out location. One Steamboat Place will be located in the parking lot right next to the slopes and gondola (where guests would drop the kids off at the Kid’s Vacation Center).
As of February, 2008, 26 out of 28 residences are sold at prices ranging from $2.7 million to $4.5 million. ($1100-$1500 per sq ft)
The last two units are priced from $2,850,000-$3,050,000, and prices are expected to rise.

The new Wildhorse Meadows gondola will link to One Steamboat Place. When it is completed, OSP will be a ski-in, ski-out fractional/whole-ownership luxury development.
