One Steamboat Place whole ownership is almost sold out (there are still fractional units available), and the new building at Thunderhead hasn’t even been approved by the Steamboat planners.
It could be years where Edgemont is the only new construction on the mountain. Once the economy turns back around and buyers start looking, people who purchased Edgemont in the pre-construction phase could see serious returns.
