Barn Village at Steamboat
If you’ve seen pictures of the Steamboat Ski Area over the last forty years, you’ve undoubtably seen ones with the More barn in the foreground and the ski mountain in the background. It’s one of the reasons Steamboat has a western image of ranches and cowboys.
The 40 acres surrounding the More barn is now being developed into The Barn Village at Steamboat. The Barn Village at Steamboat in Steamboat Springs is one of the last large tracts of land to be developed in the mountain area. The land has been divided into 62 homesites and features a four acre park anchored with the restored Barn.
The homesites are some of the last available land parcels in Steamboat Springs on which to build.
Amenities will include:

- A clubhouse and fitness center
The Barn Village at Steamboat is located between the Yampa Valley Medical Center and City Market.  In fact, developers are donating land next to the hospital for staff housing.
The homesites range in price from $445,000 for a 1/5th acre site to $1,150,000 for duplex lots.
