New Developments in Steamboat Springs, CO

Most resort towns are growing in response to the demand from people who want to live–either full time or part time– in a small, safe,  healthy environment with with plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities.  Steamboat is no different.

Steamboat Springs, CO is changing in a big way.   When Intrawest bought the Steamboat Ski Area, demand increased as people became more aware of our real town with a western feel.  New projects have been planned in town and on the mountain.    Downtown, four new buildings have been constructed and will open this year with new retail and upscale living areas.   They’re beautiful.  And on the other side of this slowdown, we’ll see a brand-new base area.

Each development has its own team which can only give out information and sell that one property.  It’s my job to work with all the development teams to know everything about their projects.

By using a full-service Steamboat Realtor, you can get the details about ALL the new Steamboat developments–good points and not so good points–so you can make the best decision for you and your family.
