Locks of Love Gets Two More Wigs; My Daughter and I Get Short Hair
My picture in the corner is now obsolete. After growing our hair for over a year, my daughter and I each got ten inches cut off and now sport new hairdos. We donated the hair to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that makes hairpieces for children suffering from long-term medical hair loss. I’m glad my “high school hair” is gone, and even more thrilled not to battle the tangles my 7-year-old sprouted each night. The best part, though, is knowing two kids will benefit from something so easy to do.
