Last Day for Preferred Reservations for Edgemont, Steamboat’s Newest Development

Edgemont, Steamboat Springs’ newest ski-in, ski-out property, is closing the Preferred Group today. People who reserve a place before 5:00pm with their $10,000 refundable initial investment are placed in the Preferred Group.
They’ll get first pick of the 42 floor plans Edgemont offers.
Half the floorplans will have three bedrooms, only 4 will be one bedrooms, and there will also be a few four and five bedroom units. The biggest floor plan is a 4300 square foot, 5+ bedroom unit that will fit the whole family and even a few guests.
