The two units still available at One Steamboat Place have four bedrooms and are located in the West Wing. Prices are $3,050,000 and $3,150,000.
If buyers don’t need 52 weeks of usage a year, 1/8th fractions are available for sale. Buyers are guaranteed six weeks of use. If an owner wants a longer stay, they can visit One Steamboat Place as long as there is space available.
