I recently took a tour of Edgemont and can say there isn’t another building with the level of luxury finishes and the incredible views anywhere else in Steamboat.

Edgemont has 41 luxury condominiums (about half are sold) ranging from one bedroom units to the five bedroom Ski Haus.  The mountain and down valley views towards the Flattops are spectacular.

Interiors are done in a mountain contemporary style with rock fireplaces, wood beams, sleek cabinetry, and custom built-ins.  The model is being furnished today and will be available for tours.
