Edgemont In Steamboat Is Moving Forward
Edgemont, the newest ski-in, ski-out luxury real estate development in Steamboat Springs had a great reservation response over the last few weeks. Now they’ve shifted gears to supplying the details so Edgemont reservation holders can make decisions about floor plans, number of bedrooms, and finishes.
It’s not too late to reserve a unit. Half the units are three bedrooms, the other half are split between smaller ones and larger ones. Click here for Edgemont pricing.
The biggest change to the schedule is the Selection Event. Instead of mid-June, it will be in Steamboat Springs on May 30. (Memorial Day is the previous weekend.)

- Price Ranges, Residence Selection Worksheet ~ April 25
- Discovery Kit; including Design Book & Legals ~ May 7-8
- Detailed Residence Pricing ~ May 9-12
- Selection Event in Steamboat Springs May 30–This is the day reservation holders purchase their units
- New Edgemont Homeowner Weekend May 30 – June 1
