Edgemont, the Steamboat Springs ski-in, ski-out development slated to break ground this summer, has announced pricing.

Most of the 42 units will be larger 3 and 4 (and one 5) bedroom units, and each will have a unique floorplan to appeal to different buyers. For example, one will be called “The Bunk Room” and be perfect for families with children.

• 1 bedroom (900-1100 sq. ft)–from $875,000
• 2 bedroom (1,500-1,600 sq. ft)–from $1,425,000
• 3 bedroom (1,600-1,900 sq. ft)–from $1,875,000
• 3+ bedrooms (2,400-2,500 sq. ft)–$2,875,000
• The Ridge Collection (4 and 5 bedrooms)–$3,200,000

If you’re looking for new luxury construction that has to be ski-in, ski-out, you should reserve a unit at Edgemont. The Exclusive Priority Reservation requires a $10,000 refundable deposit.
