Over $10M in Steamboat real estate single family homes changed hands in January 2012. The $10M represented 13 sales ranging from a Red Hawk Village home in Stagecoach to a luxury home in Catamount Ranch. The average selling price was $781,692 with a median sale price of $445,000.
