If you are purchasing a Steamboat Springs ski condo, townhome or other Steamboat Springs real estate in a neighborhood that has a Home Owner’s Association, the seller must deliver to the buyer, at the seller’s expense:
- Declaration
- Covenants (if separate from the declaration)
- Bylaws
- Rules and Regulations
- Any party wall agreements
- Minutes from the last annual HOA meeting
- Minutes of board meetings from the last six months
- Budget
- Income and Expense statement
- Annual balance sheet
