Stagecoach Sold Properties Report
I wanted to post how many properties sold in Stagecoach in March, and only found four. So I went back to the beginning of the year–January 1, 2008–to see how many single family houses, townhouses, and vacant land parcels have sold in Stagecoach over the last three months. There were only 11 properties sold. Five residential, six building lots. That’s it.
Contrast that with the 196 active listings available in Stagecoach, which include land, single family homes, and townhomes.
Of course, Stagecoach is a summer market. It’s gorgeous down there and people can get around to all the neighborhoods and see the land for sale. You can’t do that in the winter, especially this winter with our record breaking snowfall.
