Every day I read about the dismal state of real estate. Today the National Association of Realtors released the rosy news that New Home Sales were down 26%.
Well, here in Steamboat Springs we donâ€™t have that problem. Real estate is local. Florida, California, and Nevada and their vast landscapes of overbuilt subdivisions have dragged down the national numbers. Most of the country, in fact, is doing just fine.
The Steamboat Springs, Colorado real estate market is fine, too. We donâ€™t have a decline in new home sales because we donâ€™t have a whole lot of new homes. Read More→
