We’ve had snow on the ground three mornings in October. It’s usually gone by mid-morning, but it will soon start accumulating for Opening Day. Only five more weeks until we’ll be making turns on Mt. Werner!

Real Estate prices have been going up all over Routt County, Colorado. Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Oak Creek, North Routt and Stagecoach have all seen significant appreciation gains over the last year.

Anyone who uses the Core Trail to bike through Steamboat knows we have something good. Now it is official with a silver-level Bicycle Friendly Community designation awarded by the League of American Bicyclists. Steamboat was one of two communities to be awarded the Silver level out of 17 communities that applied.
