#1 Tip to Sell Your Steamboat Real Estate: Take plenty of photos
One thing that drives me crazy is to see a new Steamboat real estate listing without pictures. Now I know why.
The first two weeks a listing goes on the market is traditionally when the most activity will take place. And if a buyer gets instant email notifications, they will get that listing without pictures.
What will the buyer do, even if the property is perfect, if they get the Steamboat Springs real estate notification without pictures? They’ll delete the email. Buyers won’t read the words when a picture is worth 1000 of them.
